Jacaranda Agents Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of Jacaranda Agents, a workflow assistant made available by Jacaranda Legal Pty Ltd (Jacaranda, we, us or our) through Microsoft Teams.
Eligibility and permitted use
Use the service only if Jacaranda has authorised your account. You must use it lawfully, follow Jacaranda's workplace and information-handling policies, and provide accurate instructions. Do not use another person's account, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or submit information you are not authorised to share.
AI-generated content
The assistant uses artificial-intelligence models to interpret requests and produce responses. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or unsuitable for your circumstances. You must independently verify outputs and remain responsible for decisions and actions taken in reliance on them. The assistant is not a substitute for professional judgment or legal, financial or other advice.
Workflows and service limits
Available workflows and tools are configured by Jacaranda and may change. The current release is limited to personal text chats and read-only tools. Do not assume the assistant can access a business system, complete an action, or retain or deliver a result unless the service confirms it. The service may be unavailable, delayed or subject to usage limits.
Your content and third-party services
You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You authorise Jacaranda to process that content as needed to operate the service, including storing workflow history and sending relevant information to the model provider selected for your run. Microsoft Teams, the Microsoft Bot Service, and the selected model provider are subject to their own terms and privacy documentation. See our Privacy Policy.
Suspension and changes
Jacaranda may limit or suspend access to protect users, information, systems or the service, or to comply with law or policy. We may change these terms or the service. Continued use after updated terms are made available constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
Liability and applicable law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Jacaranda is not responsible for decisions made solely on unverified assistant output or for interruptions outside its reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in New South Wales, Australia, and any applicable Commonwealth laws.
